Antique flag framed

Description

For your perusal is a unique Cuban flag framed and ready for display ( the frame does need some attention).
Initially I thought it was not a Cuban flag as the stripes are reversed. I’ve been in contact with one site selling flags and they’re opinion is that the creator of this piece made a mistake!
So this flag is unique in that it was a rare error. I assume this flag is from the Spanish American war.
