Up for auction is a
VINTAGE 1950s Doll Bouncer Chair. A very good vintage (used condition) doll bouncer chair. A wonderful vintage baby doll accessory! I believe it is from the 1950's and, it actually bounces!!
Perfect for your Dy-Dee Baby, Tiny Tears, Betsy Wetsy, and other 15-18 inch vintage baby dolls. It is all original. The painted white frame is metal, probably steel. The seat is oilcloth. The seat with pouch tray has a delightful design of colorful, unique zoo and farm animals. It is trimmed in red bias.
The chair measures approximately 16.5" tall and approximately 7-7 ½" wide. The base measures approximately 8 1/2"deep x 7 1/2" wide.
Overall very nice condition with light soiling from age (was gently wiped down). The metal frame/base has some worn paint, scratches, and light areas of rust. Nothing really severe.
Whether your baby doll is a vintage favorite or a modern reborn, they sure would look wonderful sitting in this bouncing chair!
